Thank you Cedar Park! You all helped raise over 10,000 dollars to benefit Livestrong, The Wounded Warrior Project, and The CrossFit Foundation! Thank you to all those who donated, the competitors, the volunteers, Pluckers and Tillman Physical Therapy for making this event such a huge success. Amazing things happened on Saturday, September 25th. Men and women, young and older came out the the Pluckers Lakeline parking lot to sweat and suffer for these amazing charities. The temperature climbed just as the first heat began.



From age 7 to 50 these competitors gave it all as volunteers counted reps, cheered, coached technique and set up equipment. The energy exploded as wall balls flew and barbells were raised to fight cancer, and benefit warriors and their families.

Great Job and another huge thank you to Pluckers and all of those who donated your time, money and sweat. You guys Rock!! Thanks for making this years FGB an amazing success. More pictures and video are soon to come.
